Our Expectation:

In return, we expect all individuals visiting our office or interacting with our staff (in person, by phone, or in writing) to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner.

To ensure the safety and well-being of our employees and clients, QuickTaxnBooks has adopted a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding abuse and violence. The safety and security of everyone within our premises is our highest priority.

Prohibited Conduct:

Threats, threatening behavior, acts of violence, intimidation, harassment, or the use of foul or abusive language directed towards QuickTaxnBooks employees, other clients, or any individual within our office environment will not be tolerated. This applies to all forms of communication, including verbal interactions, written correspondence, email, and telephone calls.

Consequences:

Any individual engaging in such prohibited conduct will be:

1. Required to leave the QuickTaxnBooks premises immediately, as soon as it is safe to do so.

2. Potentially reported to law enforcement.

3. Prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
